Using our services
By enrolling in a course or engaging the agency, you agree to these terms and any order-specific scope we mutually confirm in writing.
Payments & refunds
Course tuition is billed at enrollment; agency engagements are billed per the scope you approve. Refund eligibility is described at checkout and in your engagement agreement.
Intellectual property
Course materials are licensed to you for personal learning. Deliverables produced under an agency engagement transfer to you on full payment, unless stated otherwise.
